You will thought it would have worked out all the bugs but it is still super slow. It cuts off when it wants to. Or it has a hard time reading something. It's just a big mess. It is not Best buy's fault is the company that made the fire stick. At least make it work. Most of the stuff don't come up on the screen you have to shut it off and shut it back on and then stuff will pop back up. This is so aggravating. But Best Buy is the best place to buy stuff. I bought in the washing machine from here and never had an issue.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Fire TV Stick 3rd Generation. Upon set up, you should have entered your Amazon account credentials as well as connected it to your homes wifi system with your username and password from your internet provider. First, ensure the Fire TV Stick is connected to wifi and you are logged in! The device may also have an additional software update you can preform by doing the following using your Fire TV Stick:
Go to Settings.
Select My Fire TV.
Select About.
Select Check for System Update.
If your device has connectivity issues, restart your home networks devices, such as your modem or router. Lastly, you can unplug your Fire TV device and wait one minute and then plug your device back in.

I have a tcl tv , i got a remote which sits on top of the amazon remote and i dont now miss both the remotes.
