Our devices are not designed to only last a certain amount of time. We hope every customer gets more than their money's worth from every device they purchase. We do have numerous updates that we push to devices to ensure they have the latest features and interface and sometimes older devices may not have the compatibility or processing power for some of the latest updates as happens with all tech that receives over the air updates. We take any and all feedback seriously, though, and appreciate your concerns as we are always improving our product lineup, both existing and new, to be the best they can be for our customers. Quick access buttons are a great feature!

I hope the next update will add a few more quick access buttons or at least allow the user to program some of their other favorite services.

We have YouTubeTV and it works well with it. I've heard people using other streaming sticks and they have more issues, so we're sticking with Amazon.

Dont use your other remotes for on or off power
