I had one question during installation but Best Buy walked me though it and then I was good to go. It works fine and very similar to TVs that don't require it.

I purchased this for one of my clients that likes to use Alexa commands to change channels on YouTube TV. Four months after purchase it stopped responding to voice commands. I searched Amazon's website and it said these units had a one year warranty. I got on chat with Amazon customer service agent Ntando. Ntando refused to acknowledge the unit had a one year warranty. Ntando changed his mind several times, saying the warranty was 30 days then 90. He seriously had no clue. After an hour wasted on chat he offered $3 to trade the unit in and 15% off a new one. What a joke. Buy a Roku instead.

You can complete this by going to settings, select My Fire TV and select restart. I hope this information is useful. There was a slight learning curve, but once they got the hang of it, it's been fairly hard to keep the TV off ;0).
