It's very reliable for streaming services

We have YouTubeTV and it works well with it. I've heard people using other streaming sticks and they have more issues, so we're sticking with Amazon.

Great for WiFi.

Dont use your other remotes for on or off power

Some customers & staff don't know everything

Used to be more computer literate, but I was diagnosed with MS in 1993. Computers and the language of same flew right by me. I have noticed that the younger generation(s) assume that everyone knows and/or has memorized every process and terms since the advent of the first computer.
