    My screen freezes a lot with the firestick. Not a big issue as long as the easy fix instructions work. When I bought the firestick, I could access my recorded programs by pressing the center button with a down motion. That stopped working yesterday, I figured out another way of accessing the programs; again, not a huge issue but I'm wondering what might happen in the future and if I'll always be able to remedy any potential problems.

    I purchased this device for an 79 year old friend and his wife. They have an older TV that was not Wi-fi enabled. They have both a Netflix and Amazon Prime Account and, by using the Fire Stick, it made access to their movies and shows so much easier than the number of menus that they needed to go through in the past.

    Excellent device was very disappointing with the store. I went to return it and because I was four days after the day, I was not be able to get the credit you receive because Best Buy have only 15 days warranty not like the other stores.
