Great little gadget. Easy to install and set up. Great price too. Now with the firestick i have access to many apps especially one that gave me all the movie and local channels for a very low monthly price. I definitely recommend this to everyone. Its cheaper and better than cable or satellite.

I bought this to replace my 1st gen Firestick, which was slow and did not have volume controls. This new firestick is super-fast (equal to the Firestick 4k) and has power/volume function controls. If you want a Firestick that will last the longest, and provide the best picture, get the 4k stick. But, for some people, like for my uses, this version fits my needs perfectly.

Like my other Firestick I already have, this can control the TV for the functions available (power, volume, pause) but if on the air it won't change channels - not a problem since almost everything I watch is online and not over the air. Since I have other Amazon devices it connected seamlessly and didn't have to go through a full setup, so it worked almost immediately.

I love the Amazon Fire TV stick! It is so easy to use. It allows me to choose any show/movie available to me, control volumn, pause, rewind, forward, and access Siri! All this while sitting in my favorite recliner! The only thing I would change is to make it easier to open the battery compartment.

We've always had the Amazon Fire sticks, but after getting the Roku stick we won't be going back. It's so easy to use and we were able to get rid of some of our Spectrum cable boxes and just stream through the Spectrum app to save money. Love the easy NETFLIX and Disney+ buttons to get to those streaming channels quickly. Voice control is also a perk!

In addition to subscribing to streaming TV, it offers a great deal of payed and free streaming material. I highly recommend the Fire Stick.

I bought this because my Samsung tv was having some internet issues and we ruled out any issue with the actual ISP. It was so easy to set up and fixed our problem. We now have our smart tv back up and running without lagging or failing to connect!

Made my inexpensive flat screen TV into a Smart TV. We used this Fire Stick in a remote area were no cable or internet is available. Our hotspot was our internet connection and the Fire Stick responded perfectly by enabling us to access Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, etc. The Fire Stick enabled us to adjust the data consumption rate down to minimize our data use. Excellent, inexpensive solution that allows us to watch an endless variety of television where we couldn't before. Highly recommend.
