Works well - bought to replace Roku device

Fire TV Stick works fine, but setup was a headache

There was also no explanation for how the different services were presented on the screen. It would be great if Best Buy personnel could prepare purchasers for these problems. Finally, the shape of the back of our TV (also a Best Buy purchase) makes it difficult to insert the Fire Stick into the HDMI portal. It would have been good to know that this might be a problem.

Old dog learning new tricks with Fire Stick

I finally gave up and switched to a 15 year old non-Smart TV and, on that one, Firestick worked perfectly. They told us we wouldn't need a Firestick with the Smart TV's, but we did, even on a brand new one. We now have 3 Firesticks. My daughter likes hers so much she gave up Cable and just uses the Firestick. We may end up doing the same.
