I’ve tried it the first night I purchased it and was not able to get it to work. I tried to download an app for a current subscription, to no avail. I’m keeping it, but not satisfied.

Don't buy from Best buy

I have two issues: this is over priced, I wish I had waited a bit longer and bought this directly fom amazon as it would have been cheaper. I feel like i essentially paid double for this through best buy. Second: I hate the 2 week return period, it should be atleast one month.

New Stick for an Old Dog

Not too hard to get around in the selection process. BUT when I canceled my one-month free trial of Amazon Prime, the HOME and other choices on the selection screen became inactive for a couple of weeks. These are back now yet it was very discouraging to not the features that I was trying to learn to use. I HATE the thousands of "channels" that the common cable or dish provider runs at you when you look at the GUIDE. I had hoped that this "FireStick" would be an alternate to that hassle, but it is useful to look for a movie to watch. Who can afford to suscribe to the dozens of CHOICES ?
