Dec 24th after midnight we get a message to pick it up from another. UPS is closed. We bought a Firestick before, it was great. We bought one for a relative it worked great. I would not order, UPS was unreliable.

Our devices are not designed to only last a certain amount of time. We hope every customer gets more than their money's worth from every device they purchase. We do have numerous updates that we push to devices to ensure they have the latest features and interface and sometimes older devices may not have the compatibility or processing power for some of the latest updates as happens with all tech that receives over the air updates. It connected to an HDMI 2 port and when you want to view Amazon Prime or Netflix (already having the subscriptions), you just switch from HDMI 1 to 2. You need a nearby electrical outlet. Works very well.
