Think I could have done better. Not a great choice

I'll call Best Buy to see if it's too late to return...I had a plane ticket, and went away for 2 weeks, so it may be too late. There is lots of choice,but not all choices have great programming.

Before it got there she found it so we did a return that all worked great. But I used a reward certificate and it says that it's refunded but I can't use it now.
