I have problems with it loosing audio entirely or just straight crashing daily. Factory resets seem to help for a short period of time, but it seems that a significant portion of the problems are cause by including it in a "home theater" speaker group. This is a key feature advertised by amazon. I have spent countless hours pouring through "amazon technical support" which is really just forums supported by other tech savvy customers and a few official FAQs which all boil down to "perform a factory reset".

There are no written instructions on how to use and we currently are rebooting our system each time to watch TV until Geek Squad returned to retrain us. The first Geek Squad was unable to completely install the system with YouTubeTV.
