Sorry to hear that your Fire TV Stick is getting stuck. Let's try some quick troubleshooting, if you haven't done these steps already:
Please restart the Fire TV Stick by unplugging it from the power socket, after 30 seconds, plug it back in. Also check the HDMI port, make sure it is not corroded and try inserting into HDMI Arc as it is the preferred one.
Make sure you have the Fire TV device plugged into a wall outlet or power strip but not into any USB socket as it causes voltage fluctuations.
If you're using any HDMI extender, please try to plug the stick in with out the extender to see if it makes any difference. If these steps do not help and you are still experiencing issues, you can reach out to Amazon Customer Support 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331. I hope this helps, have a great day!
