    its not working at all. plug it all in and set according to instructions, and it doesn't connect.

    Work well for about a week. I purchased it at the same time I bought my Toshiba fire tv. Will be returning both. And yes, I’ve tried every trick in the book. Would not recommend either one of these devices

    Stop working the tv that it’s plugged into. Changes the tv in another room that it’s not hooked up to

    When it works. Its fine. But every week or so it stops working and you have to reset the whole thing

If resetting the Fire TV Stick is not working, and you are still experiencing issues, try these troubleshooting steps: 1. Restart your Fire TV device. Use the power cord or adapter included with your device to plug the Fire TV device. This ensures Fire TV has access to enough power. 2. Let the device sit for 25 min (turned on) or until the screen changes. 3. If possible, try with and without an HDMI adapter or extender. 4. Make sure that you're using a high-speed HDMI cable. 5. Try using a different HDMI port. 6. For HDMI hubs, try plugging the Fire TV device directly into the TV. 7. Confirm that your TV is HDCP-compliant. Review the video-cable section of the TV owner's manual. 8. If possible try using a different TV. You can factory reset the Fire TV Stick if you haven't already done so. While we do try to make the Quick Start guide and instructions on screen able to assist as best as we can, it sometimes could be an unseen issue out of your control that may be the problem.     I have bought controls from Amazon before and have never had a problem, it was just this one that Kept dying after a couple of days, I would replace it with any batteries and it would die the next day. It stopped working after a couple of months, good thing I bought 2 year guarantee with it.

    The manuel labor was to hook it up to the TV was easy. There is no manuel instructions to figure out how it works. I hope that it will not be returned. In the future, the maker of the products needs to keep the customer in mind and make it easy to figure out how the tv fire stick works so that it is not returned, thank you

    The 3rd Gen Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote works great! It’s especially nice to have the Netflix and Hulu buttons on the remote, which are channels I enjoy most. The price was very reasonable.
