Will return to Best Buy

Did the power on/off/remove batteries/troubleshooting suggestions on web site and it worked for another two weeks and failed again. Web site was no help and Fire Stick does not offer an 800 number.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent love this item very much there are so many options and the picture quality is absolutely amazing there is literally not much this cant do as far as screen time goes lets just say hands down best in the business thanks also its super easy to use im not very tech savy and was easier able to set up and figure out with no problems very smooth set up and all around smooth process

Open Box w/Missing Parts

Was disappointed to find that a) the box had previously been opened and b) the Fire Stick was missing from the box. Item was promptly returned to Best Buy for a full refund. The overall rating is because of Best Buy supplying an inferior item; since parts were missing I was never able to use and review the product itself.
