too much downloading to access all programs

Alexa voice remote fail to follow any voice command after just 2 weeks after the initial setup. I followed the guidelines on the web site to assist in correcting the problem but nothing worked. Last thing I emailed a complaint from that site it provided and another two weeks past no response, so I take it as a learning experience about purchasing products online.
