Fire stick questions

Everything seems to be delayed. The local newscaster states it is 6:00am when in fact it is 8:00 am. Disappointed in product description and ease of use. I bought three of these. I can’t figure out if I’m doing something wrong.

Firestick 4

I went ahead chose the only option that showedd the volume bar although there was no sound. Half of the time when I turn the tv on I have to unplug it and reboot for it to work. Havent yet had time to figure out if there is a resolution for this. Aggravating.
