Works great but remote is little sluggish. Latency

I use this with my 1080p tv...just until I get a 4k

It does what it is supposed to do... which is nice

Stopped working after 2 weeks. I can't find my receipt. When it worked, it was 5 stars. Maybe order directly from Amazon. The one I ordered directly from Amazon still works.

I am pleased with my fire TV stick from best buy..

The remote control and the user interface is great. However, there are a couple things with the fire stick 4K that are not good. 1) HBO and Amazon are not playing well with each other and this means you will not be able to enjoy any HBO apps on the firestick after the HBO Max app transition. 2) If you use a sound bar, or a receiver to supply your sound you should know that there are lip-synch issues (meaning there is a delay between the picture and the sound). I have 3 amazon 4K fire sticks on different devices (Sonos, Denon receiver, Pioneer receiver). No amount of googling and configuration will permanently fix this situation.

I liked that it had the Android TV OS. But had to return because it had a issue. Every time it went to sleep and wanted to use it again no picture would show up. Had to go through the display detecting format. Wasn’t detecting the correct screen format.

His looked like a great way to stream shows and movies and was easy to set up. The first movie we tried to watch, on the Hallmark Channel, had multiple “playback errors” requiring me to log back in each time. The final time it completely reset and took me back to the beginning of the movie. I tried to get back to where it reset but while it allowed me to fast forward through the movie it did NOT allow fast forwarding through the multitude of commercials. We spent nearlym 3 hours trying to watch an 87 minute movie and never did see the ending because we gave up. Maybe it was a bad day for the Hallmark Channel but I don’t know if my wife will give this device another chance. At this point I would definitely not recommend it.

Although it had all the features I wanted, I couldn't get it to wirelessly connect to any of my devices. So I switched to Chromecast which worked seamlessly. I only wish Comcast would allow me to cast from my Xfinity streaming service.

I don't do many movies and not thrilled that I need a TV service provider to watch what I want to see. No guide to find what you want with voice remote and lag time to pull in the shows are disturbing slow. I'll get Dish again soon

Love Amazon firesticks. Comes in handy for all the rooms in my house, First time I bought 4k model and no complaints.

Not sure if this was an anomaly but after 10 months the remote stopped working and the batteries were getting over 100F. As for the stick it is simple to use and works ok.

Good Firestick, but definitely an Amazon product as it is heavily geared toward Amazon Prime users. Too many Amazon ads in movies and not as user friendly interface as Roku +.

I bought this to use with my 4K TV and really can't tell much of a difference between this one and the regular Firestick as far as screen resolution. Definitely not a difference worth paying and extra $10.00 for.

We had to buy this to watch our Disney+ on our TV. It's always buffering and we are always calling Disney+ customer service center.

The stick functions well, is nice visually. No real complaints except that it is very difficult to install many apps. The stick will only download apps from the Amazon Store. If an app is only on Google Play forget it.

I also have a Roku and the Roku is a lot easier to use. Both are fine fir access but when trying to access Xfinity, it is very hard to use. Went on line for help and they said it was because I have an older TV.

We were under the impression that a Fire TV Stick would allow us to access DirecTV service remotely when used in conjunction with a Smart TV. Disappointed that it did not do that, but suspect DirecTV misled us, not Best Buy.

There are better choices. Sorry but the King has fallen. Amazon is too intrusive, and the interface is stale. For the same mone TIVO is the new choice. More storage, more memory, and more features.
