Apps and search results are totally geared to benefit Amazon and excludes many key apps and search results. The customer's needs and wishes seem to be of zero importance. I absolutely would NOT purchase again. ROKU is far superior!

Easy set up with plugging into tv. Needs to come with more information and set up. Su subscriptions become expensive and might as well go back to cable. My device already is malfunctioned and the Alexa part isnt working now.

I use a Fire Stick even with a smart TV because it provides more apps than some TVs provide. Purchased this one while to take while traveling. That way I can access all my streaming services.

Everytime I use the remote I have to change out the batteries, and I’m using brand new, energizer MAX batteries.

Appearing fine, I was uncertain whether it would provide more viewing options then what was available on my smart TV. After cutting cable we no longer wanted monthly subscriptions. This did not help us. Returned for a full refund.

Hot this to jail break so I can steam movies and tv shows. They have cracked down on those downloadable apps that let you do just that. Glad I have prime also

Setup was straight-forward. Picture quality was outstanding for the 7 year old TV to which it was attached.

Purchased firestick for 40.00, day before it was 25.99, I was very disappointed since I purchased 4 firesticks each at the high price, Best Buy should have given me an overall customer discount, based on all my purchases within the past 2 weeks…

It's starting to mess up. I had my last Fire stick for 3 years before it started to have issues. I've had this one less than 60 days. It's already giving me problems.

Performs about the same as the last iteration. Works great but if you wMt speed apparently the Max version is the way to go.

Although I did return these items it wasn't because they didn't work well... They probably would have been fine if I was in a different area. See ATT does not give my area very good signal strength so these were of no use to me.

My firestick works great for my TV in my front room. It was not stronge enough to recieve a signal downstairs in my rec. room. I do have barn like walls, though.My Roku works downstairs though

I got jerked. All it says on my TV is "Fire TV Stick", it doesn't say "Fire TV Stick 4K". I wonder what happen to the 4K. I paid 29.99 for the 4K and it looks like I got the 27.99. Shame on your guys.

I have owned a Roku for a few years and decided to purchase this firestick 4k just to have both. I can honestly say that compared to the roku, the Amazon Firestick is JUNK! I've had the firestick for a couple of months now, and I've had to reboot it several times or it has just frozen up or crashed. The couple of years that I've had the roku, I can only think of one time I had to reset or reboot it and that was due to a thunderstorm knocking everything out. Unless you want both, I'd go with roku because firestick is no where near as stable as the roku.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K did not meet my expectations. I thought it would be much better than my Amazon Gen 3. It is somewhat better but not by much. Still have buffering problems.

...the content was as exciting as the promotion for this item. The movies and programming in the firestick is one that in a month you will be over it. There is nothing that causes exitment that makes you utilize and watch the app.

Great device but for the price it seems that you are paying for for Amazon name. Also not having Google play is a problem. I have multiple movies through them that won't play back 4k through YouTube.

I only give it 3 stars due to the change of the main menu. I have an older version on another TV and like the old layout of that menu much better. As far as the device it works fine,it is my second Fire TV, I got away from Roku.

Does it is supposed to do. Alexa feature is useful. Not very durable. Be careful not dropping it.
