Needed software update

Waste of money

Truly disappointed in the performance, always a issue trying to watch movies. Extra space is nothing if it won't show the movies you download. Total piece of crap and I waited past the 30 days to realize I should've return it after week 1. Don't waste your money on the 4K firestick.

Nice interface, no surround sound

Tried both Netflix and Amazon Prime, and checked all settings. Using the smart TV apps, surround sound worked. Replaced the Fire Stick 4K with a Roku Streaming Stick+, surround sound is working fine now.
