Fire stick ugh

Called tech support several times without problem resolution & my internet company has tried to double bill us for service we already have!! Best Buy also gave me the wrong info on exchanging my Chrome Cast, so I now have almost $90 worth of useless equipment on my hands!

Seem to need to be hard reset a lot

Kept having to hard reset it every few days until it quit working after about a year. This new one made it 3 weeks before I had to hard reset it Not sure if I am the only one having issues with these but I'm not impressed.
