Fire TV Stick Open to Hacking

I went on-line to get a number to call for technical support, and the people who answered were scammers. They wound up making a big purchase on Amazon. I think the scammers might have been the ones who disabled my Fire stick. I have stopped using the Fire stick.

Unreliable

The menu is clean and quick, and it boasts a wide variety of content. Mine has been problematic though since day 1. Every other or third time powering on, it requires the power cables to be unplugged (they it's fine until next time). Other times there is just no sound, (you guessed it) until the power supply is removed.

Easy to navigate but freezes up
