one is broken n already and I can't get in touch with any Best Buy personnel

For some reason it loses the connection. I have to unplug the Firestick, plug it back in and restart the source. This happened 3 times in one show. Irritating!!!

Ya know what it is. But it does lag after being on for a few hours, so I unplug it and it’s good as new

I purchased the item on line. When I arrived to pick it up I waited over an hour to be told they were out of it. Another item was substituted. I it was not what I needed. When I tried to return it 15 days later the manager refused. Don’t ever shop at Best Buy! It is not the store it once was.

Eats up the triple A batteries almost daily. Keeping the fire stick charged is costly.

I'm having to constantly reset this device. Take the batteries out and reinsert, or unplug and plug back in. It jumps around a lot. It has been a bad purchase.

The product work for about 3 months then disconnected from the wifi. The other fire stick I bought directly from Amazon still works. I checked but it cannot be returned.

We tried to fix it we watch a movie and turns off by itself we can figure out why it's doing that we might have to take it back

The volume bottom does not work now. When I first installed it I really liked it but now I may have to return it.

Failed after 8 months. It just quit to work. Very disappointing

Gave as a gift and the recipient is enjoying it. I was not able to use it because I have Spectrum.

I bought this with high hopes that I could get a streaming device for a fair price, from a reputable brand that had dolby vison and atmos support... I was wrong. after setting up the fire stick 4k, i used it 3 times for no less then an hour each time. I went to turn it on two days ago and it was completely deal. I tried different hdmi inputs, even another tv altogether. nothing. save the frustration and just get an apple tv4k. You'll be way happier, because although its expensive, it just works the way its designed to.

I placed the order at the store but it was subsequently cancelled without notifying me. I was very disappointed especially since the gift certificate points were not refunded and I had to discover it accidentally and call customer service and prove that the points were missing. Not a quality service. I ended up buying on Amazon during the sale and the quality is fine. I wish the adapter/dongle was not that bulky...it sticks out behind the TV.

Not a fan i bought this because it was recommended by a friend. my apple tv is a million times bettter. this thing is slow laggy and bad buffering on everything.

Returned Worked great for 3 days, then fizzled out and would not load operating system. No amount of trouble shooting would get it to load.

Great device I enjoy my fire stick all the movies I am able see lots of old movie I have not seen in a time it one of my best things I have done in getting a fire stick.

I bought this to drop my cable. Instead most of the things on the stick needed to work with the cable company. Kept cable tossed the stick.

quility of product is very poor keeps going bad and keep telling you battery is low poor make

Returned it. It played all my apps but the UI is horrendous and all the Amazon content advertisements just clutter everything. On top of that, it froze all the time.

The picture quality is very poor. Lots of jitter (wifi router is right next to TV, so connection is not an issue), grainy picture, and it forces my LG tv settings so that the picture is incredibly dark. I returned this and got a Roku 4K stick and the picture is amazing, so it was definitely the Amazon product and not my setup. If you are considering this product do research to see if there are similar complaints with your TV brand / model, as Samsungs also seem incompatible from what I read.
