This is the wrong stick. I asked for ruku and I have a complaint. I am disabled, and I spoke with you all in. You all had promised that you all would communicate with the geek squad to see if they can come and pick up both items that I purchased on this date in to return them for me, and to bring out the right well correct item and I haven’t heard anything from you all. I really wish someone would reach out to me.

In the first place, we had trouble setting it up. Then we had to have Geek Squad come out to set it up. The unit didn't work. Then we found out that Fire TV Stick is not for us. Not a good unit for my husband to try to learn how to use. We returned it.

Unable to install and turn on. Reviewed internet resources and the complexity of trying "work arounds" was daunting. Wife says we might have to buy a new TV. Too complicated a process for an old dog like me.

At this moment it's not working, it started off working I turned it off went out of town can back won't come on ( I live along so when I left my house was locked up so I don't know what's wrong will be checking the 2nd one I got around the same time

I bought the fire stick and went home to hook it up and it was not working at all. Remote didn’t work nothing. Very upsetting because I drove a little ways and for nothing because didn’t work. I am going to bring it back and hopefully this problem will be resolved

Highly regret this purchase. Should have gone with a Roku. This was pretty cheap but it's awful. The software sucks, the controller doesn't work half the time, audio is constantly muted. I always have to reboot it. I regret this purchase

Don't buy this product went out in less than 3 months, Best Buy will not send good product. Their return was 22 days makes no sense most places are 90 days. Do not but product is no good.

Disappointed. Bought to replace what I thought was a failing Fire stick. Same problems of having to reset the whole stick due to judder problems. Buy a ROKU!

We tried two of these and neither worked properly. The first one worked for 4-5 days then just froze up and would not respond. The second one never worked. The remote would not pare with the device.

Bought 3, 2 gen 3 2021 models and the newest 4k fire sticks, the 2 gen 3 fire sticks lasted about a month couldn't return very disappointing will not shop at bestbuy after that experience,

I did not do enough research. As I was installing this device, which was pretty easy, I discovered I needed to get an Amazon account to make it work. I have not done this as I am considering my options.

A lot although I have good internet service the system locks up and goes back to the main menu very often after looking it up it seems many others have had this same issue

I have 4 firesticks and only one remote still works. These remotes are very poorly made to all stop working within the 1st year. This new generation with the volume control has had a delayed reaction time since day 1.

I upgraded for the quick access buttons on the remote but it's always giving me issues. A lot of apps don't load properly way too often. I should have just kept my old ones.

Slow response from remote to fire stick. Three weeks after purchase, sound played from any app is very distorted. I am now stuck with a piece of junk, due to the return policy is 15days. THIS FIRE STICK 4K IS MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

I purchased (online), on sale, for a Christmas gift....it didn't work. I returned to the store and had to pay regular price! This was ridiculous! I had to pay an extra $16 for an item I purchased on sale! Thanks a lot BB!!!

Remote started malfunctioning within a month of purchase, volume buttons don't work than out of no where goes to max volume as if I'm holding down the button, very unresponsive.
