Pickup wait was over an hour, so i left and it appears they gave my item to someone unknown person. Don’t do curbside pickup at Novi, MI They don’t know how to handle many orders!

I own two Fire TVs (first generation) and thought they were the best thing since sliced bread. Because of this I never considered buying a newer generation unit, or a Fire TV Stick 4K. In additon to this, one item that concerned me about the Fire TV Stick 4K is that it does not have a wired internet connection (i. e. it's 100% Wi-Fi). The lack of that feature, in fact, kept me on the fence for a while. I must now say; however, that after testing a new Fire TV Stick 4K I realize that new device performs superbly! In fact, for $35 (now on sale) I'll upgrade my other older device as well. The feature that definitely sold me on the Fire TV Stick 4K is the addition of features on the remote control. The Fire TV Stick 4K now is smart enough to control not only my TV, but also my surround sound receiver. In my case, the ability to control my TV and receiver sound using a single remote is simply too good a deal to pass up at this price point. Finally, the Fire TV Stick 4K works great on my Wi-Fi, and it doesn't seem to show any lag even when viewing UHD shows (this, of course, could vary depending on the quality of your Wi-Fi network and your Internet speed).

After finding out what terrible company Amazon is I wish I never purchased any Amazon products including this one. Stear clear of this Anti American Company. God Bless America

Fire Stick was installed but isn't working. I have left several voice mails and texts for Geek Squad member that installed it but he has not called back over the last two weeks.

The product was defective in the package but since have Brought a new one from Amazon themselves and Works Perfect... I would but again from Best Buy but not close to home!

Lasted not even a full year before it completely stopped working. Does not turn on. No screen at all and tried unplugging it a number of times hoping it would reset itself.

Since I moved and have to change my email, I have had every difficulty installing this product. I is not best buys fault. and after a month am unable to install.

The thing was a total waste of time and money, stay from. No help at the store knew anything about the product, why would I expect anything else. Any chance of getting some on your help on the floor.

Out of nothing it turns off and restarts. Return period ended about a month ago. Now I'm stuck with this thing that I can't use. Thanks a lot!!

This item has barely any options for apps unlike the Roku Stick. I would highly recommend the Roku Stick. I purchase a Roku Stick after this item and I Absolutely Love it.

Had to send it back to Amazon in 2 days of having it cause it was outdated. Don’t sell out dates stuff as the newest version.

Not a bad rating for Best Buy, BUT the fire stick itself is garbage. Needed help because it started ro malfunction. Contacted Amazon and they made it worst.

6 weeks in and the remote stopped working, cannot pair at all anymore. Had to use the firestick app to use a control and it keeps glitching out

4k fire stick would either: not turn on or would start to recycle non stop. I changed cables, power cord, adapter. I also did a factory reset. This product worked for 2.5 hours.

I have three amazon tv fire sticks. I bought the 4K fire stick on recommendation of the store sales rep. It's no good. Has to be rebooted every day. Has goofy hit and miss behaviours. Do not like it.

Bought 2 fire sticks for both of my tv’s. Neither one worked properly. Returned both for full credit.

I liked this fire stick in the beginning, but than all of a sudden the control stopper working and we couldn’t get it to work again. I would not recommend to purchase.

This worked for about a month then randomly started in and off on its own. Then is just stopped working. Plug it in and it just sits frozen on the screen with the logo.

Works great for my sons bedroom. We also have one for our living area down stairs. I would recommend anyone to purchase this item.

It's works when it wants to. I don't even bother with it anymore.
