Everything works smooth and excellent as far as a cable cutter.

Works well, been using it for a while now. The TV I have it connected to isn't a smart TV. The interface doesn't lag that much, but can be noticible at times. I would like a different interface where I could just see all the apps on the home screen, rather than the recommendations of movies or shows from the ones I have installed. Other than that, I would recommend.

I bought several of these for my older TVs so that I can stream my different apps. The fire stick is very quick to load and has great Alexa integration. I recommend the fire stick to anyone who wants to cut the cord and have lots of flexibility.

This Firestick does exactly what it's supposed to do. It operates the TV including volume and channel selection. I rarely use the Alexa voice feature but it's there when I want it. All in all, an excellent device for controlling the TV.

So easy to install and use! It opened up a whole new range of channels and TV shows that we couldn't get on our 4 year old Samsung. It only takes about 5 minutes to install and then you're ready to watch. The remote is also easy and convenient.

The Fire TV Stick was easy to set up and easy to use. I love the Alexa Voice Remote especially for music. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by salesmen who asked if they could offer help with anything, which was appreciated.

I am still in the directv stage due to not keeping up with the streaming devices. I have a few sticks to operate a couple TVs in the house for cheaper than the $5-10/month for an extra directv box. Definitely recommend especially if you know how to get cheap services on them.

Easy to setup anyone can do it quality is great and it comes with Dolby atmos which is a plus

My built-in streaming apps for my TV tended to be really slow and sometimes would freeze or disconnect, especially when I was using Youtube or Netflix. Checked multiple times and it definitely had nothing to do with my internet connection and provider, but the TV itself. I saw that this was on sale and ended up buying 2 (1 for me and 1 for my parents). I am really satisfied with this stick because not only did set-up take about 5-10 minutes, but streaming through it was way better and faster than my TV's streaming apps. Plus, I was able to use some other streaming services that wasn't able directly through my TV. If you can wait, get this when it goes on sale, but if you need it immediately, it's still worth paying full-price for the convenience and reliability.

I was an Apple TV person until i picked this up. Especially using the Direct TV Now app. It just seems that app wasn't developed to work with the Apple TV. Especially the FFwd of DVR'd shows. This remote sits better in the hand too. The only thing I don't like is it needs its own power supply.

My dads been wanting one of these for a while. Got him it for Christmas, he loves it. Very fast and more smooth than mine from 2 years ago. Controller seems more well built as well.

Overall the Firestick is great. It's pretty fast and is compatible with a lot of popular apps and channels. The negatives are the feeling Amazon is always selling you something, which they are. Also, I'm having a lot of green flashes while using my HomeRun tuner. Another issues is sometimes when I choose an app, it starts to load and then goes back to the home screen. When this happens, I just reboot the Firestick and all works well until the next time it happens. Overall, it's a good value though a bit buggy and ad saturated.

The Amazon Fire TV STick 4K with Alexa is so much better than my old Fire Stick. It's faster, does more, and I haven't had any issues with the control connecting to my Fire Stick. With the audio control it's great. I love how it performs. Upgrade if you haven't!!!

Not much to say here just purchased another Amazon fire TV stick since they were on sale for half off which was cheaper than there replacement remote which actually I had went in for. Can never have enough Fire sticks.
