The picture quality is outstanding. I like how I can search with voice instead of trying to type the name of a show or movie into the search box.

you just need a prime subscription to maximize this device. I cancelled my prime once & when I turned my TV on, i could no longer access some of the free apps that comes along with it. Connects to your BT speaker quickly. Im using an old TV so this amped up my home entertainment. There's free news, sports ch, weather, & more. I wanna get another one.

We recently did an upgrade to our home system. Chris from the Geek Squad did the installation in our home. It was a complicated installation and Chris did an amazing job. Part of our order with Best Buy included several fire sticks. We found one did not work properly. We worked with Dave in Customer Service in the Manalapan, NJ store to return this fire stick. He was extremely helpful and made sure we received the proper credit to our Best Buy account. He went out of his way to help us.

We bought two fire sticks and they have worked out very well. I have encouraged our friends to buy them as we have been so please with the way they work.

Installed this stick for my elderly father to watch shows and movies with his Amazon Prime Video membership. He has no problem using this product.

I have a 4K Apple TV, but after using the FireStick TV I'm convinced that it is easier to navigate various streaming services where the quality of the picture and sound is the same. Oh and the cost is a fraction of the Apple product! Currently I'm using the FireStick with Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as a handful of other services. I purchased the FireStick for use on an extended overseas vacation, where I had zero issues after installing a VPN. Once back in the States, switching the stick back to my local area was something of a hassle. Perhaps it would have best to just do a factory reset and start over. Though this situation is unlikely the majority case for most users. All that said the initial setup was very quick with the help of a phone thus eliminating the need to enter text via the FireStick's remote control. I totally recommend this product.

Got this for my in-laws. I had previously owned an older version of the FireStick, and this version was just as easy to set up and use
