Great up grade with this all new Alexa remote. It programs to your tv. You’ll be able to raise the volume and turn of your tv from your all new Alexa remote. To top it of the fire stick is now 4K. Can’t beat its price.

This fire stick has been great turning our older non-smart tv into one. It was easy to set up, add apps, log on to our apps, and run. We love the “talk into the mic” feature.

I'm very picky on what I'll watch on tv and usually you have to upgrade to get the channels that play your specific programs on tv. Most of your cable company's start you out with a package that has maybe 90% percent junk channels. That's forcing you to upgrade to the higher prices package to be able to watch anything worth watching. Sneaky they are. But if you purchase this little item you don't pay for all those jusnk channels you never watch anyhow. You gcan choose and pay for exactly the channels you want. Very easy to hook ago. And program. Enjoy not paying thhose cable companies for channels you never watch. Only pay for what you watch.

I bought this to replace the previous generation Fire TV stick 4k after I learned that the previous generation doesn’t support the Apple TV app. I didn’t expect this to be any better than the one I had before, but aside from app compatibility, it has a couple extra features I like. First, The remote is more user friendly than before, with more buttons and features. Second, the audio used to go out of sync on my previous Fire TV stick, but I haven’t had that issue at all with this one. Overall, I’m glad I upgraded. I don’t think I could have recommended the previous generation, but the new one delivers a much better user experience. I find that I use this more than I ever used the previous generation.

All my streaming up in one package is bloody wonderful. Setup is easy and quick. The live options within some apps like BBC America allows you to watch what their airing currently on cable. A worth buy

Device is easy to install in a HDMI port on the TV. As a stick that is inserted in the back of the TV it may not easily receive WiFi signals. Comes with an extension cable, about six inch in length, which we used on our downstairs TV. The router is on the third floor and the extension improved signal reception. The remote works well and reactions are immediate. Fire TV also is a full service app and the memory on the stick permits installation of many apps for Fire 'TV. Price is very reasonable.

I love my new Fire stick 4K with remote. It makes the picture quality great and the he’s with having a remote is awesome. I went from two remotes to one room up which is always a plus

Have had a couple of versions of the firestick and this one has improved in speed and the remote has more option that makes it more comfortable to use

I travel a lot and this is the best streaming stick for people that stay in hotels. Roku makes you connect to a wifi hotspot the Roku creates and then you set it up on your phone. 9/10 this doesn't work. This thing is super simple to setup in a hotel. You just enter the information you get at the front desk and BAM you're up and running. I use Roku for almost everything else but for traveling. If you need a streaming device to use at a hotel, and anywhere else, buy this now. I got this for $25 during black Friday and it was definitely worth it.

Excellent streaming device for both old and new TVs. Very responsive and simple to use and navigate for a reasonable price.

I have used several Roku products in the past and decided to give the Amazon Firestick try. One reason I went with the Firestick is that the tv can be turned on and off and the built in volume controls. To be fair I believe the latest Roku has these features as well but I’m not writing this to compare the two, just wanted to point out the similarities. The Firestick is easy to install and setup, once powered up it will look for a wifi connection. After the connection is made it will automatically download any necessary updates, youn now ready to stream. Hope some I’ll find this to be helpful.

I purchased two of these at half price. So far I love the speed and ease of the devices.

Quality build. The remote is also quality. Price has dropped on these recently at Best Buy. This is the model that includes the volume/mute button - an absolute must so that you don't have to have two remotes anymore!!! :o). Here's my two beefs: 1) if left alone and the TV goes to 'sleep', upon waking and you start watching again, it tends to freeze. I have 3 of these (on 3 different TVs) in my home, and it has done them on all 3. The solution is to go into the settings and restart the FireTV stick. It is possible that it could be a problem with my ISP (AT&T Internet 1000), but unsure. 2) this is not specific to the Firestick, but rather, it is specific to 'internet TV'. I mention this because it was something that, while I am getting used to, I overlooked (or didn't comprehend?) this at first... and that is - if you are used to a 'numbered' channel line up, and you want to progress from the "channel 2 station" to channel 3, and 4, and 5, and so-on, internet TV may not be the system for you. This can be evidenced by the fact that there are no numbers on this remote (or any of the internet TV system remotes). The elderly may not like this switch. BUT, once you figure it out, it's pretty intuitive.

This upgrade was necessary. I still had the first original firestick. It started blacking out and barely loading any apps. Happy I upgraded to 4K. It’s fast, user friendly and the picture quality is amazing

Works great. The speed and responsiveness of the 4K Fire Stick is significantly better compared with the 2nd gen. Fire Stick. Boutht this one on sale, so a great value. Use it with a Amazon Firecast.

I love my 4k fire stick. Very easy to use and learn. It is great for its price. The children even love it and know how to use the device also. You can't beat the price for it.

This is the fastest FireTV Stick ever! No buffering, Excellent 4K Amazon and Netflix video. And the remote controls my TV and Soundbar. What an awesome improvement. Now I only use a single remote! Love it!!!

It was easy to setup and seems to be able to stream content without lagging or buffering like I have experienced on some older model streaming devices. I definitely recommend this product.

Works flawlessly and gives a great picture on a 4K TV. Easy setup and lots of TV shows and movies to watch. Download your favorite streaming apps. And affordable is a big plus.

The firestick 4K is the best streaming device for the low price. There are so many apps available for streaming your entertainment. If you are ready to cut the cord, this is the device to start with.
