Product was easy to install and works flawlessly. Picture quality is great. the only downside is with the power requirements. This requires more power than a USB connection can provide so you have to plug in a power supply and run a cable to it. If you will notice none of their advertisements show this cable.

I replaced the 2020 Roku Ultra with this, and it has been working great so far. Only downside is that its USB-C port can only support an 10/100 ethernet speed, so you would need to make sure that it isn't something you require for your specific use. Otherwise, the possibilities provided by the Android OS is not something that can be understated.

Our five year old TV was dropping signal and unable to keep updating. It made watching TV a nightmare. Instead of encouraging us to buy a new TV, the sales technician encouraged us to try this Firestick before replacing the TV. Since installing the Firestick, we haven’t lost signal once and watching tv is no longer a nightmare! Kudos to Best Buy for this gift!
