Posted .Hello telman! I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your Fire Stick. This is our fastest Fire Stick and should be providing the best experience due to this. I would recommend doing the following to see if it can improve your experience some: Go to Settings>Network>(Select Your Wi-Fi)>Run Speed Test. This will help give you options to diagnose if you are having a network related issue. Next I would go to Settings>Device and Software> About>Check for Updates. This will help see if your device is running the latest software version. If neither of these help in solving your problem, I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further and explore what options are available to you. I do hope this helps improve your experience and that you have a phenomenal day!
flawed fire stick

We bought the higher priced Fire stick thinking it would be more functional, but it has a flaw. It scrolls up to down and side to side fast and on its own without warning. Called Best Buy about it, but no help.

Posted .Hello TheresaR! I am sorry you are having trouble using the remote from your Fire Stick purchase for your Toshiba TV. The remote is in fact not compatible with the Toshiba TV itself. It is currently only compatible with the Fire Stick you purchased it with or other Fire Stick or Fire Cube devices in the last few generations. If your intent was to use the remote specifically for your TV and not just the Fire Stick itself, you will need to either contact Toshiba directly, purchase a universal remote that is compatible, or purchase an Alexa Voice Remote Pro (depending on the model of your TV). At this time, your Alexa Voice Remote that is included in the Fire Stick 4K Max is not compatible to do anything but control the volume of your Toshiba (after following the instructions during set up of your Fire Stick). I am sorry for the confusion and do hope that you have an awesome day!
