Also like the fact that there are knowledgeable employees to help if needed to make the tight choice for what I need.

You will need your wifi password and if I recall correctly your email address. The remote latched up with the power button and volume control of my TVs suimply and I am back to one remote operation, plus the sound bar controller when I want it. I've been using Fire Sticks for years and they keep getting better and better.
