Took forever to pair

Apparently the brand new batteries included with the Fire stick was dead. I had to remove the batteries from my flashlight to swap them out. Stress in my left breast!! Then on two different occasions the screen went black for 10 seconds. The slipperiness of the remote is horrible. The other Fire remotes I've had weren't as slick. This thing better hold up. Best Buy has a horrible return policy.

Also, adding additional external storage is very limited in capacity. But if you just need a good quality, plug and play streamer this is very good.
