Also, adding additional external storage is very limited in capacity. But if you just need a good quality, plug and play streamer this is very good.

Restart your Fire TV Stick — Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart, or simply unplug the device from power, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. This clears temporary software issues that can cause crashes.

The remote is the same as the last two fire sticks/remotes were. I wish Amazon would move the home button on the remote. The button is easy to hit by mistake, and once hit, it takes a lot of steps to get back into the app and show/movie you were watching. I gave three stars because my last fire stick suspiciously quit working right after a forced update. The stick started freezing during boot up, and all the suggested fixes I found online did not fix the problem.
