Posted .Hello telman! I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your Fire Stick. This is our fastest Fire Stick and should be providing the best experience due to this. I would recommend doing the following to see if it can improve your experience some: Go to Settings>Network>(Select Your Wi-Fi)>Run Speed Test. This will help give you options to diagnose if you are having a network related issue. Next I would go to Settings>Device and Software> About>Check for Updates. This will help see if your device is running the latest software version. If neither of these help in solving your problem, I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further and explore what options are available to you. I do hope this helps improve your experience and that you have a phenomenal day!
flawed fire stick

We bought the higher priced Fire stick thinking it would be more functional, but it has a flaw. It scrolls up to down and side to side fast and on its own without warning. Called Best Buy about it, but no help.
