Best Buy has always been wonderful with all our purchases. From laptop, our daughter’s gaming console, phone cases and this fire stick. Fire stick is easy to use with downloading apps and apps included with it. Will actually purchase 2 more for our daughter’s room and guest room way better than the competition

Needed a Firestick when I cut the cable cord. Good product to have.

Compared to the Firestick that i changed out...It gets straight to the point...haven't seen that buffering so far. Compared to the other firestick the ratings should be a SIX!

It is easy to install and set up. I had no problems learning how to navigate with it and really enjoy the microphone aspect for selection of material to watch.
