Very easy setup and menu negotiation. Picture quality is superb. I haven't had quirky problems that I experienced with the Rokus I have used. Handling and operation of the remote would be better if it was a little larger, but overall it is the best I have used.

The 4k Plus are some good firestick...they change up the processor for better streaming and that's a need and a plus....i definitely will be buying more

This was my first Fire stick and am very happy with it.

Easy to install, and does everything as described. You don't need the top tier FireStick to enjoy 4k. Also, 8GB is enough for most folks who just watch and don't download a lot.

Effective portal for accessing Netflix, Prine,and so on

We're glad that there are other options available, even if it means a slight learning curve b/c, of course, different products are different. It was simple to hook up (i.e., no sounds of frustration from my husband). We're happy!.
