The Alexa voice remote is good at minimizing the endless typing to find a show. Additionally, the personalized recommendations continue to improve over time. Great pick!

The Samsung TV set up quickly, but I had to go into the settings and tell it that I was synching to an LG TV for that one to work. It took about an hour to find the right solution online for the remote not synching. I would only recommend to someone somewhat computer savvy.

The picture quality is awesome. It looks so good in my media room and I love that the device is low profile. It was also easy to install.

The remote worked only one day. I bought this for the remote only as I have several firesticks. Disappointing quality on Amazon's end.

To fix a non-working Fire Stick remote, first try replacing the batteries with new AAA alkaline ones and restart your Fire Stick device. Then, re-pair the remote by holding the Home button for 10 seconds. For persistent issues, reset the remote by simultaneously holding the Left, Menu, and Back buttons for 12 seconds, then remove the batteries, plug the Fire Stick back in, and re-pair.
