While the Fire TV Stick 4K (2nd Gen) offers many improvements, I understand how disappointing it is to lose functionality you previously had. For the best possible audio experience with your high-resolution files, I recommend checking that your audio settings are optimized: go to Settings > Display & Sound > Audio and ensure you have the highest quality output selected for your setup.
