    Using the fire stick was fine; accessing various channels with Xfinity Extreme became a challenge. Therefore, I returned the fire sticks and cancelled my subscription with Xfinity.

    The picture quality is very good, but the device as unable to recognize my Xfinity home wifi network. This restricted the Xfinity software to OutofHome channels. Its a documented and unresolved problem on Reddit etc. so I returned it and bought another Roku. Other than this issue, which was a deal ender, the device works very well and has great picture quality. Best Buy returns are very good if you need
