This device is easy to install and use. It gets us better access to our Amazon Prime account and is well worth the money spent.

Good product with easy setup. Only problems I've encountered with the Fire stick is that shows occasionally malfunction when I'm on Netflix or Hulu. The controller glitches randomly as well.

Easy set up. Works decent. Everything went well. Beware of weak wifi signals causing buffering. upgraded wifi and much better.

Very good product. Turns our existing HD TV into a Smart TV. The one drawback is that sometimes it causes pauses in programming when watching regular TV. But, all in all, it's a good product.

I own several different streaming devices and this is the best one for the money. Just make sure you have sufficient wi-fi.

This is one of the best item I've bought from Best Buy. I have one for each tv. It is fast, easy to use and very well made. It is easy to set up and use. The remote is simple but very well laid out with all the options you would need. Get the one with the voice control. It is so much easier. Can't say enough good things.

The third TV in our home is located in our guest room, which means it doesn't get used regularly. It seemed nuts to me to rent a cable box from our local cable company for such minimal use. This little stick solved the problem for very little cost. With it, our guests can watch movies from Amazon Prime or one of the other stations available without any added cables or a converter box. I only wish it got HBO-Go now, which would then make it comparable to Roku (which is on our other TVs but cost much more).

This is my second fire stick, so I liked the first one good enough to get a second. I've never used a roku so I can't compare. The fire stick works well, especially if you have Amazon prime.
