Easy to use, lots of apps

I like that it is hidden in the back of the TV - one less box to see. I've had other media boxes but they don't have Amazon Prime, which I use most. It has lost connection to the home network twice but I think that was due to my router location. I unplug and replug and it's fine again. Does take time to add apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. but once it's done you don't need to mess with any of that again.
