We purchased the Fire Stick for our upstairs TV and it is fantastic. The interface is extremely simple. It gives you great recommendations on shows/movies to watch. You can easily download movies, apps, and games. We love it. It was so good we got rid of the extra Direct TV box we had in this bonus room, because we never used that TV except for cartoon watching with our kids. A great purchase and for less than $40 it's a steal.

I was extremely pleased to use this item because it was so easy to connect without alot of wires.

I bought this specifically to play with SlingTV. I've had it for a while now and love the access it gives me to both SlingTV, and my personal media on my PC using Plex. If you want a cheap and easy device to replace DirecTV or Dish, this is a good start. The programming isn't as robust as we would want, but all I cared about was ESPN, ESPN2 and AMC, and a $19 monthly subscription to Sling gets you that and a whole lot more.

Very easy to use and love the ease of installing it. It was ready to use in a matter of minutes.

Bought this for streaming and it is much better than my Apple TV (which I have had for 2 years)

I purchased this as a way for my wife and I to stream Amazon Instant videos and Netflix to our 2nd tv, and it works great. I would give it an excellent rating, but it was a little difficult to get the Fire Stick plugged into the hdmi port and I ended up having to use the included hdmi extension. It was an issue of how bulky the Fire stick is compared to the clearance of the tv's hdmi ports and the tv body. So it may not be everyone's experience as that clearance may be different on every tv. It just took a 10 second set up and turned it into a 3 minute try every hdmi port experience.

Cutting the cable and saving $60-100 each month. Wish that local channels were able to be included. Maybe they are and I just haven't figured it out yet.
