    I have been using the stick now for more than 2 weeks and though in general I like the features but the interface needs improvement. The apps take some time to load (e.g. Netflix, Youtube, etc.) so compared with Apple TV it seems like sluggish in terms of apps loading time and also in terms of forwarding thru the videos as that is also not that smooth. If Amazon can improve the experience then it can be a great device specially for the price.

    This is a great streaming device for the entry level streamer. Very easy to set up and get running. I was streaming Netflix in 10 minutes. Does require reasonably fast wifi for uninterrupted streaming.

    Easy as pie set up but the best thing about the Amazon Fire stick is the remote that comes with it. It makes it very easy to use - get started right away and no problems access your shows afterwards.

    First connected only as usb but didn't work. Attached the power cable and power supply and it works flawless. I have had no buffering issues and I use DSL connection. The only thing I wasn't sure about is powering down. I just go to home screen and flip back to cable and it automatically shuts down. I am happy with my purchase
