I like the fire stick a lot. It has great options and makes not having cable well worth it.

I did not realize you did not need a Kindle to use the stick. I did not realize you could play games with the stick. I did not realize that the stick comes with its own adapter while Chromecast requires you to purchase one separaely. I purchased this on Black Friday making it the ultimate economical purchase.

Was told by a bestbuy sales person about this, great streaming, i use it for youtube alot

Easy to use, super light and no need of the electric cord if u have a USB port in your TV.

I truly love the amazon fires stick. It has wonderful apps and tons of movies and shows.

I purchased the fire stick solely to be able to mirror my note5. It does it. I have experienced some interuption of the mirroring connection. Not sure if it is a fire stick issue or a network connection issue. When it works without issue it works great. In my opinion if you are not somewhat patient and willing to understand the basic technology behind these units the connection issues may be a deal breaker.

I'm very pleased that there is NO installation headache with this product; the instructions are easily followed an there's no problem adding streaming services beyond those that are preloaded. Specifically, I wanted Crackle on my TV; whereas it proved impossible to figure out how to achieve that with a different product I purchased - and promptly returned, I had no difficulty whatsoever in adding that service to this device. This is my first step towards cutting the cord when my cable contract expires at the end of the year.

I was interested in the fire TV stick and used it for a bit then realized it was more useful if you have an Amazon Prime account which I don't have ended up returning the Amazon fire stick and getting a nexus player for my purposes this wasn't a good enough system

This product was easy to set up and use. The tutorial as soon as the system starts up was very helpful! Great picture and easy to use. I have bought 5. 1 for personal use and 4 for work!

It's great to have thousands of movies, tv shows, and music already on this device. It also includes some Amazon and Netflix shows too. Definitely a game changer for the world of cable TV.

I like the fat that is installs in the back of the tv and is not seen. Works great with all apps. I do wish Vudu would make an app for it as my digital copies are stored there for my kids Disney titles. Other than than that, its fast and responsive and does what it should. Plus the price is great.

my wife purchased the fire stick my daughter purchased a chrome cast. The fire stick works so much better that we returned the chrome cast to get a nother fire stick no problems with reception even at the other end of the house I wish the remote was a little bigger so it was not so easy to misplace

Good way to stream movies. Would be nice to see wifi strength. Work well when connected.

I've owned Apple Tv and the Roku, I feel the Fire stick is much easier to use and navigate.

Great companion to any TV that is not a smart TV. I use it to stream Amazon Instant Video.

The Fire Stick is heavily favored towards Amazon Prime Video but does give you access to other available apps. Screen mirroring is not optimal. It takes some effort to get my windows 10 laptop to mirror and then usually cuts off after about 10 minutes even if I am in the middle of watching something. I can mirror my htc one with no issues but my Galaxy S5 will not work. Kids enjoy the access to game apps.

I like this item because its simple to use and allows for the user to enjoy right away.

I bought this after my laptop had to be reimaged. I was lucky to have a tech take all my documents off and save them to something similar to this so that I wouldn't lose everything. Needless to say, I decided to purchase this so if my laptop ever crashes beyond repair, at least I won't lose my files.
