This is better than my chromcast. It's handy to have remote. Very power devices and alot of apps as well.

I absolutely would recommend this Amazon Fire Stick to anyone with a flat screen tv who is considering purchasing a smart tv. This eliminates the need to purchase a smart tv completely. I have a smart tv in my living room and came across an inexpensive flat screen for my bedroom and decided to give the Amazon Fire Stick a try and it has not let me down a bit. There are so many more apps available than what it shows on the box, including Pandora, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube, and even other free workout/yoga videos. This is a great buy and the picture quality is perfect.

It's just $39.99 and you can do so much with this !! You might think oh because it's amazon I have to have an amazon account for it to work. Well let me tell you you don't . There are other applications you can download to it that allow you to watch anything and everything!! Now I'm not going to say what the application is called so the posed won't get removedone or what have you .But if you can follow directions , have wifi and want to watch anything that's ever come on television for free i highly recommend it !! Go on YouTube and look for must have apps for amazon fire stick. There you will be introduced to the endless possiblites of the device. At first I was sceptical too but once I watch a few videos learned how to do it myself why would anyone pay hundreds each month when for $40 bucks your in tv heaven. You might be asking well I'm a big sports fan and I like live tv. It can show it. If it's sports here sports across the ocean it can find it. Or my show comes on every Tuesday how can i see it then. It can do it! just have to look. In my opinion it's better than Netflix ,Hulu or those other subscription based tv platforms. I watch anything I want and all I paid was for the device. Theres even an app you can download to your smartphone to control the dive and that's fee too. So why haven't you bought one yet ?

This is the smallest cheapest and best box I have purchased in a long time works great and fast and again best of all is the price Amazon a game changer

The Amazon fire stick is such an amazing device, it's so fast so simple to use, and it works fantastic. I would never switch to any other device again

These little sticks are amazing for what they can do considering the size that they are. I have bought one for each tv in my home and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper version of the amazon fire tv box.

Better than Chromecast and more apps than Apple TV, but I still prefer my Apple TV over the Amazon Stick or Chromecast. It's a great product for the price.

I purchased this for my parents as a way for them to watch movies. They always complain there is nothing to watch during the summer, while they wait for Dancing with the Stars to come on in the fall. This allows me to share my amazon and Netflix account and they can catch up on all the shows that they missed. The navigation is simple and the connection has been reliable. I can usually do tech support over the phone since there is not much that can go wrong. Really enjoying the Fire Stick. Seems to be pretty stable and rarely do I need to unplug or reboot the device. Navigation is a little sluggish, but not bad for the size and portability. We also like to bring them with us when we travel and plug them in at the hotel to watch our own movies. It works great.

This firestick pays for itself. Even got some extras for my family to enjoy. Very easy to set up and use

I really like the Amazon Fire TV Stick. This device is easy to use, and the picture looks great. I mostly use this stick to make my TV a "Smart TV".

It was easy to setup. I plugged it in and added my amazon account and I was good to go. I can hide it behind the tv without it being bulky. I love it.

Run and don’t walk to get yourself an Amazon Firestick/FireTv! I have all the essential stations that I had with AT&T U-Verse but without the extreme cable cost. Not only can you get ‘live’ stations, but the streaming lineup is truly impressive using: Hulu, Sling and Amazon Prime Video. Of course you can also add other à la carte content like HBO & ShowTime too.

Cool little gadget. I like the portability of taking it wherever i go to and just plug and play. Great for watching movies, tv shows and playing my favorite games. Only if it came with a keyboard will i give it 5 stars.

Fire TV Stick is easy to use. And fast. If you're used to waiting for programs to load, you're in for a treat (assuming you have a decent Internet connection). Enough apps to keep anyone busy for months. [NOTE: Amazon has discontinued their relationship with UltraViolet--no Flixster or Vudu. So if you have a large library on there, this isn't the unit for you.]

Grandson uses this to play you Tubes in my guest room. I have the Amazon Fire box connected to the living room TV and they both seem to work the same.

This essentially makes your regular TV a smart TV. The UI is very smooth and responsive and the apps open quickly and run smoothly. I would like it to have a casting option like chromecast that goes direct from each app. It does have screen mirroring capability but the benefit of casting is that the video you are casting can run in the background while you still use your device. Overall though I find it to run more smoothly than my chromecast. I'm an amazon prime member but Bestbuy offered an awesome sale so I just grabbed it from them in the store instead.

Fire stick is awesome. Has the same function as a smart tv for a fraction of the price. I wish I could program my tv remote to work with fire stick.

A great streaming stick. Hookup is idiot-proof and if you have Amazon Prime, it is an absolute "no brainer". Easy and cheap, works as advertised.
