My smart Blu-Ray player just wasn't up to streaming content from Netflix and Amazon (buffering, unable to acquire content, etc). I had read good things about the Amazon Fire Stick and the price was certainly affordable, so I decided to give it a try. Wow! For the first time, I'm able to sit back and enjoy a movie or tv show without any interruptions or frustrations. I have the basic remote and find it very easy to use. And the device was easy to install. "Easy" is important to me, as I'm not very tech savvy. I've been using this for a month and so far I'm very happy.

I really like these Amazon Fire tv sticks. It plays flawlessly. Easy to Use & setup. Includes games for the kids as well. Can't beat it for under $40!!

I bough the fire stick so I could stream Netflix on my TV and mirror my kindle. However if you don't have Amazon prime all of the great things you can do with the fire stick are very limited. I wish it had a wider variety of applications you can download. All in all it's a great device but I would recommend pairing it with an Amazon Prime membership!

Netflix was getting kinda old. I had watched most of the good movies on Netflix and the "My List" was pretty much exhausted. Amazon Fire TV has a lot of the same type stuff as Netflix, but it also has a lot of HBO's original content, which I have never seen. I think I will be canceling my Netflix and trying this for a while. For the cost, it's worth a try.

Easy to install. no directions, however, for using the features.

I guess simple is best. of all 12 different Streaming media players and streamers I have tried. this stick is The Best all rounder. it has its limitations like no Ethernet hard wire. but what do you expect from a stick? Besides WiFi is the future anyway.

The interesting thing is, Fire TV Stick has convinced me to buy the more expensive Fire TV too. I want to have the voice search and the faster interface on my main HDTV. I plan to take the Fire Stick with me when I travel for work or travel to visit family.

This is a good replacement for cable. Love the games. So much to choose from. A lot of free things and the ones that have a price is very reasonable.

I like the product and all you can do with it. My one complaint is when using the ESPN app. I can use it and the streaming quality is not great and gets behind. Not sure what the deal is it works with others. But then the next day I go to use it and I have to reauthenticate the espn ap every time!!! Kind of annoying. Other than that it's great!!

Really liked it. I liked that you could access all these movies.

I have a Roku in my bedroom and wanted a different experience. I really enjoy the fact that the Fire Stick connects to my Amazon account and allows me to take advantage of the Prime Video and Music options and the various programs and games are a big plus!

Purchased this product as I do not have cable or satellite. I love the amount of variety and functionality of this product. The remote is easy to use as well. I would recommend this product to others.
