Great for watching old TV shows and movies quickly

This Amazon Fire Stick was surprisingly easy to install and to connect with my router. Because of the distance from the router to the Fire Stick I thought there would be a weak signal...not so! I'm very pleased with the product.

I travel all the time for work and watching tv in random hotel rooms at the end of the day is how I usually relax. I have an Apple TV for all my apple content, but it was frustrating trying to hook it up to various hotel internet networks because there was no way for you to agree to the terms unless you were willing to do some hacks on you computer. Then I heard I should try the firestick and on of the first Windows to pop up on you screen is the hotel Internet security page. Easy after that. Love it.

I can't believe I waited for as long as I did before picking up one of these. It packs a HUGE punch in terms of features into a small thumb drive sized HDMI stick. Most of you already know what this stick has to offer so I will base my review around what most readers will care about most. YES, IT WORKS GREAT! All of the streaming apps that I use work flawlessly despite the occasional buffering (which happens every so often but not enough to be an issue) I've had 0 issues with this product and doubt that any of you will either. It works as advertised. A will mention a couple things that are minor annoyances with this device though. Once being the AC Adapter. The location of my TV as it relates to my wall outlet isn't really convenient so I was forced to plug the stick into my AV receiver instead of my tv. It works just fine but like I said its just a minor annoyance for me. Also navigating with the remote isn't as simple as I'd like it to be. The cursor at times seems to disappear from the screen altogether and doesn't return until I refresh the screen. It could be an isolated issue but again it's something to note. Anyways its a great little product that I recommend to anyone.

I love it. It turns any TV with an HDMI output into a Smart TV. I take it with me everywhere and I am able to watch Netflix on any TV, if there is no WiFi, I just tether the internet from my phone and Voila!

I love the Amazon Fire TV Stick! I received one for Christmas and bought one for my son's TV. I lowered my cable to basic and internet only and watch Hulu mostly. Since I am a prime member I have access to all the shows prime has to offer. My only issue, and this may be Hulu not the Fire TV, sometimes the shows freeze.

Will be easy with this little guy. Great alternative to cable with steaming media including the PlayStation vue network as an app.

I believe the fire tv stick is ok for someone who only watches prime instant video or Netflix. The slingtv app works good sometimes, but most of the time there are problems. Fire tv probably has more power to process and stream video with few problems.

I love that it has HBOnow, and that it has an option for a monthly subscription. This product is still much cheaper than cable. I have a monthly subscription to Hulu, Netflix and HBO. This works great, and. Great way to save.

I have purchased over 200 of these fire tv sticks from amazon, best buy, and staples and received maybe only 3 defective total. The only other thing I want this stick to do is stream local tv programs. It would then be perfect

This was something else I had purchased for one of my children's bedrooms and so far, it has been enjoyable. My daughter enjoys the ability to play a few games on her TV that she also has on her Kindle Fire, as well as streaming music that is shared.

Easy to setup and tons of free apps. I even cancel my cable and just use the Fire TV apps to watch news, tv shows, and movies.
