This is my second "streaming" device... my first was a roku and I didn't really like the design, but the amazon fire stick is easy to use, easy to navigate and had a good selection of apps.

Device is great for streaming is you don't have a smart TV. Great price for all this device does. Take it with you on vacations to improve hotel TVs! Must have GOOD internet for device to stream! 10mpbs at the least.

I have Comcast X1, but it goes out EVERY night in the bedroom to reset so I use my Fire Stick and watch my Netflix during that time! Also, when there's a storm and cable goes out I just switch to my Netflix!! Love it!!

I am really only using this for streaming video, and not game playing. I use Amazon Prime Video/Music, Netflix, and Plex without any problems. Quick easy interface using the included remote or remote app on my phone.

The Amazon FireStick is absolutely amazing for the price. It fast, good wi-fi reception, great video picture, and works very well. Add Kodi or TVMC to it, and you have great media player. Buy one, you can't go wrong.

It's a excellent device to have all different kinds of apps in one place and you can easily take it with you when traveling

I tried this at my house and it did not work due to not having high speed internet. I now use it at my boyfriends house because he has high speed internet. We both really enjoy getting to watch our shows whenever we want.

Easy setup. Good partner selection. Only negative could be inability to control from 3rd party controller, BUT the native RF remote could also be considered a positive if that's not needed.

Small, portable device, but powerful enough for streaming Netflix, Amazon Video or running your favorite app. You can side load apps as well. Ensure the software is updated after setup.

Pros: small, great for travelling or going to friends places. Lots of options on services. Great price. Cons: Need to get an Amazon account and give credit card information. Sometimes buffers when streaming. Remote seems pretty frail. DONT ACCIDENTLY ever turn off bluetooth or you render it useless.

I am a prime member with Amazon and the Fire TV stick is perfect for all the entertainment needs I have. I also like that you can easily take it with you when you travel. My only problem was I wished it came with the voice control remote. You can set it up with your phone but that is not as convenient for me.

Got the fire stick because of it's practicality and space saving design works great with Netflix and Hulu and is easily transferable to other tv's or to take with you on vacation. Bought two and will be buying a 3rd.

We had initially purchased this so we could watch Netflix in our bedroom, but it has now made its way into our kids room. Love that I can let them watch their kid shows on nexflix and it frees up the living room TV.

I happen to have both of these items and they are unbelievable products. I've purchased them for family members for presents and not one of them has said anything less. They are very programmable and user friendly.

Easy to install. Allows add ons. Inexpensive. Movable from tv to tv. Allows Amazon music and movies also. Suggests movies.

The Amazon Firestick is great, my nephews love it since it has free content for kids but it's really great if you have an Amazon Prime membership. That's when you get the full benefits of the Firestick. I thought long and hard between the Firestick and Chromecast and I think I made the right decision.

The fire TV stick is not as large as the Apple TV but is bulky enough to be a nuisance at times. I love the job it does, so I put up with how long the stick is and how far it sticks out of the HDMI port. We use it for netflix and a few other streaming sources. Overall a great deal for all it can do...

I have been going back and forth about what to get my friend as a gift. He loves watching nextflix and is an Amazon member so I bought him this. He couldn't stop talking about how much he loves it. Great gift idea.

This is fantastic product and exactly what I was looking for. I compared this to the Chromecast and because I am an Amazon Prime member it makes more sense. Also more mem more proc. what could be bad about that? -cheers
