The FireTV stick is easy to use for amazon instant video because it seems that is what it was designed for. In fact, that the reason I got it because I found that amazon had blocked chromecast from using their instant video server. The interface is very similar to that of Roku where you have apps and you use a remote to navigate a menu. After having used chromecast I think I like it better to just launch what I want to watch from the app on my phone rather than using a remote (whether the one it comes with or using my phone as a remote) to navigate to an app on the FireTV stick and then search for what I want to watch. All in all a good product I just think chromecast is better.

I have two rokus and thought I would give the fire stick a shot. It does a an ok job but does not have the same support. No Acorn, no HBO, no FX. Hulu freezes regularly and the stick seems to run hot. I would not buy it again or recommend it.

The only thing i hate about the fire stick is that not only do you have to plug it into your tv like a usb BUT you also have to plug it into the wall and the cord isn't really that long. other then that i love it!

This product makes my viewing time one hundred times more pleasurable and also cuts the wires behind my TV in half. I would definitely urge anyone on the fence about purchasing this product to make a move asap.

The fire stick is easy to install and setup. There is a slight learning curve when it comes to installing Kodi and Exodus, but there are several in-depth youtube videos that can help. Once you have access to those libraries, you're viewing options are vast. The quality is great but buffering can be an issue. For less than $50 though, you can't go wrong. Definitely worth the price!!!

this is fast, super easy to use and powerful the remote is super responsive and its sleek easy to hide behind your tv

I am a college student living in my own and I bought this because I didn't have cable . There are so many different apps and I stream a lot it brings everything into one place and it's always something to watch

These amazon fire sticks are a must have for streaming online media. They work great and are extremely easy to use.

Nice addition if you already have Prime - varity of content - many are free - some are priced in the 3 to 4 dollar range... we are thinking of stopping cable and going to Fire TV and Netflix... so this is a test run- so far so good.

My Amazon fire stick allows me to leverage my Prime membership to watch lots of TV and movies without any extra payments. I am looking forward to the time when Amazon adds even more content - especially network TV.

The amazon fire stick is the best purchase I bought in a long time.Excellent in watching anything you want with Netflix,Amazon Prime Hulu and other things as well.My friend has one I would recommend it highly.

For the price you absolutely CANNOT beat the fire stick. I have the first and second gen and love them both. I have loaded kodi on both for a little extra programming and almost couldn't be happier. In hind sight, I might have done the full fire tv for the second one so that I had the extra SD storage for games, but that's a pretty minor deal considering how often I would actually play them. If you don't need the 4K or the extra storage, you can't beat the Fire Stick!

Easy setup and works well. Apps are good and fairly easy to download and understand. Will be getting another for bedroom TV's.

This is great product if you are Amazon Prime Member. Games are okay as I am not a fan of gaming on this device. There is an App Market which has some decent apps but it should add more apps to connect to different service providers.

I would recommend anyone who is looking for an alternate to paying for cable tv to join amazon and get the fire stick. You can watch all the same shows for half if not less than what is paid for basic cable.

At first the stick really frustrated me; it would lose Internet connection every few minutes. I would have to unplug it from the wall outlet so it could reset. After a few weeks of that, it's great. I like the games that are available, such as Fibbage. It has Pandora too, so that's a very nice bonus.

Great streaming device, easy to install and use. Lots of included apps, with access to add more. I use it every day!

I did my research before purchasing this product - east to set up, relatively easy to use. The only hangup is that it claims that the wi-fi signal is weak where my TV/receiver is. It's not - I have no trouble with any other device near that area or even further away from my router. maybe a flaw in the programming? Not sure, but suspicious as I have used it in the same room as the router and it still buffers whenever I play any video that is longer than 5 minutes. However, for cutting the cable this is the best option in my opinion, as it is compatible with Playstation VUE app, which is the best web subscribed app for primetime TV shows.

I purchased this Amazon stick for my 2 year old son to enjoy Netflix on his TV, and he loves it!!! All of the movies that he loves is right at our finger tips. I have recommended this item to several people.
