I bought this as a birthday present for a friend. Unboxed it, and set it up for him. He instantly fell in love with it! He tells me he spends a lot of time watching movies and seies.

Was really easy to install-took maybe five minutes. Easy to use remote-great value for the money

I love amazon but I was reluctant to "cut the cord". My kids are all grown and paying for cable was just a waste so we decide to cut the cord and just stream. The choice was the fire stick. The picture is very clear with no problems. Set up is easy and can’t beat the price. During stormy weather you do have some breaks in signal but this is due to our internet connection and not the fire stick.

These are awesome. Liked the first one so much I had to purchase another for another TV. Great with Amazon Prime and Netflix. I have it set up on a 5G router. Rocks.

I really enjoyed this. I was concerned at first about the power options as my TV is attached to the wall, however, I looked on youtube and someone said to plug to a usb outlet on the TV. I love Amazon and Amazon Prime is a plus! I also use the Netflix feature.

We bought this as a gift and the receiver absolutely loves it. He does not have cable or satellite TV and loves that you can transfer so much quantity from your computer to TV set.

Bought the Firestick on advice from the BestBuy associate. I was able to get all of the features of a smart TV by purchasing a non-smart TV and the Firestick and saving over $100.

Compared to the Apple TV you can't beat the price. Basically the same function. Only downfall was that it shut off from what appeared to be over heating.

I recently switched from cable and tivo to direct tv and lost my ability to use netflix so this is what was recommend to me. It does the trick and has a few other apps as well. The only think i dont like is once in a while netflix lags while it is streaming.

This is a wonderful all in one smart devise. Add XBMC and you have access to anything you want to view.

I purchased the amazon fire stick because I use a Kindle at home quite regularly and have been pleased with prime streaming. I just wanted to watch my shows on the big screen. I had no trouble hooking up my fire stick , not tech savvy at all. It is super user friendly and I plan to ditch cable and purchase one for ever t.v.in my home!

I was a little disappointed at the lack of free movies and the fact that subscriptions had to be purchased. As a current member of Netflix I was already paying for that, however other movie channels required a subscription. Might as well had stayed with cable.

When I purchased the fire stick, I was not sure that I would use it very often. After using it for one month. I am considering canceling my satellite TV and just using the fire stick.

I got the Amazon Firestick because I liked how it worked really well with my Amazon Prime account. The convenient thing now as well is if you had other services such as Netflix or HBO Go, it's all integrated with one device and you simply just need to log in. The only difference between this and the new Amazon Fire stick is the voice command, which was not worth it for me for another $10 since specs are exactly the same.

The convenience is great if you don't have a Smart TV and want to watch on a big screen instead of on your Kindle. The kids love it too!
