Bought the fire stick in hopes of offering us an alternative to high tv prices. Really like the fire stick but unfortunately we live in a small small town and internet service has failed us before.... this would work miracles if we lived in a larger area! The quality and speed that we are used to ... it works well... no complaints on what it offers!

I'm not techie so I can't give those type of details but I was so impressed with this FireStick when I hooked it up, that I went back and bought another one for a friend. It helped that it was Black Friday pricing :)

Compact, easy to carry, can be used on any tv great streaming device.

This was purchased to use in addition to a hd antenna....the price of cable is just getting out of control, and these are both one time purchases.

I bought this to use as a spare and also to take with me when i travel. I works great and most hotels have flat screens and Wi-Fi so i can use it wherever I am going. The only downside is the power adapter is kind of big. I haven't tried to see if normal cell charger would work (don't want to risk any damage). Hopefully, that will be a change in newer models.

The fire stick works well and is fairly dependable, crashing infrequently. I take it with me whenever I travel as it allows me to watch Prime, Netflix, HBOGo etc wherever there is a WiFi connection (and most hotels have WiFi now). Remote make navigation easy (I have not tried the voice controlled one) but is small and light and is easily eaten by couch cusions

A good value at a resonable price. For about ten dollars more than the chromecast, you get 1080p. If you don't have a smart tv, this is the way to go.

the fire tv is nothing compare to the roku 2,this product was bought as a gift for my boyfriend. Im even thinking about buying myself one, i love it

I bought this thinking it would give me better access to my Prime Account but it it was the same as using the apps that came standard in my TV. Returned

It took a bit to get the apps downloaded-not sure why they were not installed/available, since they are listed on the menu and as a selling feature... if apps were installed/loaded and ready, would have given 5 stars...

These used to be great but now there is so many other devices that can get the job done. A great buy if it's for someone on the go, or new to streaming.

I decided my roommate needed a streaming stick of her own after we realized switching my Roku from one tv to the other several times a week was affecting it's speed in starting up. I saw the Fire was a part of a Black Friday sale and I heard from my tech-savvy boyfriend that it's capabilities matched or even outperformed the Roku. So far the roommate loves it with no complaints!

This works pretty good, have some issues with frozen screen now and then but this may be attributable to my wi-fi coverage. Also seems to spend a lot of time buffering. Overall, was a good investment for the money.

I work on swing shifts, so I miss my shows every other week. With my Fire Stick, I'm not missing anything! Even checking up on some old seasons.
